Seller guidelines

Everything you need to sell Expert Advisors on LicenseMyEA: how verification works, our platform commission, payouts, and how to reach support.

Platform commission

LicenseMyEA charges a 25% platform commission on every completed marketplace sale. The commission is calculated from the order total in USDT before any payout to you.

Example: If a buyer pays 100 USDT for a license package, the platform keeps 25 USDT (25%) and your seller net is 75 USDT. Commission and seller net are recorded on each order in your seller dashboard and earnings page.

Commission applies to all marketplace checkouts. There are no hidden listing fees for publishing an approved product; revenue share is taken only when a sale completes.

Seller journey — step by step

  1. Create your seller profile — Sign in, open the seller area, and complete your display name, unique username, phone number, and optional country. Some accounts may require additional review before full access.
  2. Prepare your listing (draft) — Add product name, descriptions, category, platform (MT4 / MT5), up to 10 screenshots, optional PDF/DOC attachments, optional demo video, and upload your EA file. Configure at least one active license package (duration, key count, price in USDT).
  3. Submit for verification — From your listings page, submit the draft when the EA file and packages are ready. Status becomes Pending review; the listing is not public yet.
  4. Team review — We check completeness, file presence, packages, and listing quality. You may be Approved (published on the marketplace) or Rejected with a reason by email so you can fix and resubmit.
  5. Sales and delivery — Buyers pay in USDT (TRC20). After on-chain confirmation, the order is marked paid and license delivery runs automatically. You can track orders in your seller dashboard.
  6. Earnings and payouts — Your share after the 25% commission accrues to your available balance. Add a USDT (TRC20) payout wallet in earnings, then request a payout when you are ready. Payouts are reviewed and processed by our team.

Why we verify listings

Verification keeps the marketplace trustworthy: buyers get a real, licensed product, and sellers meet basic quality standards. Until a listing is approved, it is not shown on the public marketplace.

Listing statuses

StatusMeaning
DraftWork in progress; not submitted for review.
Pending reviewSubmitted and waiting for a decision.
PublishedApproved and visible to buyers.
RejectedNot approved; fix issues and resubmit.
UnpublishedWas live but hidden by you.

Seller account review

Your seller account may be under review, rejected, or suspended separately from individual products—for example when identity checks or policy issues apply. Check your seller dashboard for account status. Draft listings can often still be prepared while account issues are resolved.

For buyers (what they see)

  1. Only Published listings appear on the public marketplace.
  2. They choose a license package and pay USDT on TRON (TRC20) at checkout.
  3. They must send the exact amount within the checkout time window (typically five minutes).
  4. After payment confirms on-chain, licenses are delivered and visible in their dashboard.

Tips for a smooth approval

  • Use accurate titles and descriptions that match what the EA does.
  • Upload the correct EA file for the platform you selected (MT4, MT5, or both).
  • Include clear screenshots (up to 10), optional PDF/DOC manuals, and a short demo video when possible.
  • Set at least one active USDT-priced package before submitting.
  • If rejected, read the email and dashboard reason, then edit and resubmit.
