Terms of Service

1. The Service

LicenseMyEA provides tools for MetaTrader Expert Advisor (EA) developers and sellers, including license management, code protection, account dashboards, and an optional marketplace to list and sell products. Features available to you depend on your plan, role, and account status.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@licensemyea.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

If you sign in with Google, you authorize us to receive the limited Google account information described in our Privacy Policy (typically email, name, and Google user ID) solely to authenticate you and operate your LicenseMyEA account. You must comply with Google's terms for your Google account as well.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Upload malware, attempt to bypass protections, or interfere with the Service or other users
• Misrepresent your identity, products, licenses, or seller status
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse APIs except as expressly allowed
• Use LicenseMyEA to distribute stolen, infringing, or unauthorized software

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform or users.

4. Your content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to Expert Advisors, source code, listing content, and other materials you upload ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content. By uploading, you grant LicenseMyEA a limited, worldwide license to host, process, protect, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and, if applicable, sell Your Content. The LicenseMyEA name, branding, and platform software remain our property.

5. Marketplace sellers and buyers

If you sell on the marketplace, you are responsible for accurate product descriptions, delivery of what you sell, legal compliance, and any taxes applicable to your sales. Platform commissions and payout rules are as disclosed in the product and seller materials. Buyers purchase from sellers subject to the listing terms; LicenseMyEA facilitates the platform but is not the publisher of every third-party EA unless explicitly stated.

6. Plans, payments, and refunds

Paid plans, credits, and marketplace purchases are billed according to pricing shown at purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (including crypto payment processors). Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly offer a refund. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account review or suspension.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information, including Google user data used for Sign-In, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.

8. Account deletion

You may delete your account from Dashboard → Settings, or by contacting support@licensemyea.com. Deletion removes or anonymizes personal account data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, or accounting reasons. Revoking Google access alone does not delete your LicenseMyEA account.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that protection or licensing will prevent all unauthorized use of your software.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LicenseMyEA and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify LicenseMyEA against claims arising from Your Content, your marketplace listings or sales, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or an in-product notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may terminate or suspend access for violations or risk to the platform.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where LicenseMyEA operates its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
